About our Practice​

Founded in Fairfield in 2014 as Fairfield County Health and Wellness Services, LLC, our practice has been serving the mental health and addiction treatment needs of Fairfield County for over a decade. Dr. Khan leads the practice with a patient-centered approach and a strong reputation for compassionate, effective care.
